Celebrating 60 years, 13 as a Best Managed Company

60Years_BestManagedIn what is our 60th anniversary year, we are proud to share that St. Joseph Communications has again been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, marking 13 consecutive years of recognition – seven as a Platinum Club member.

In 1956, Gaetano Gagliano launched a small letterpress business printing wedding invitations and birth announcements in his basement. Today, St. Joseph Communications is a dynamic communications enterprise transforming how major brands in Canada such as Walmart, Sears, L’Oreal, GM, Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart engage with their consumers.

“We have adapted, transformed, evolved and shifted towards providing the things that brands and retailers really need and to fill the big gaps in the marketplace,” says Michael Chase, St. Joseph’s Chief Marketing Officer.

First named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies in 2003, St. Joseph Communications achieved Platinum Status in 2009. Platinum recognizes companies that have achieved Best Managed status for a minimum of six consecutive years and members must requalify each year.

All of this year’s winners will be celebrated at Canada’s Best Managed Companies symposium and gala on April 12, 2016.
