Chatelaine, named Best Lifestyle Magazine at the 2023 National Magazine Awards, is thrilled to announce a first-of-its-kind editorial integration with Pet Valu, Canada’s leading specialty retailer of pet food and pet-related supplies. For the summer issue, out today, Chatelaine transforms into Catelaine, celebrating the deep bond between Canadians and their feline companions.
The issue features a custom flip cover and unique editorial content dedicated to all things cat. Readers can find expert advice, stylish product recommendations and a heartwarming photo shoot showcasing adorable felines.
A joint execution by SJC Media’s branded content and Chatelaine editorial teams, this never-been-done 360-degree branded content program integrates the breadth of SJC talent and abilities to create captivating content for clients.

The 360-degree campaign includes:

- Five pages of original editorial content, including custom photography, a special Editor’s Letter from editor-in-chief Maureen Halushak and her tortoiseshell cat Taffy, and a variety of unique editorial features covering feline home decor, toys, health, adoption and more.
